 Accountant (3–5 Years Experience)

  Senior Accountant with five to seven years of experience ;

What You’ll Be Doing:

 Keeping our financial records clean and audit-ready (unlike your desktop).

 Handling bank reconciliations, payables, and receivables like a pro.

Taking responsibility for the closings at the end of the month and celebrating when everything is in balance. Supporting budgeting and forecasting (aka predicting the future with Excel).

 ensuring that we adhere to the rules, are accurate, and are always ready for an unexpected audit. Collaborating with teams that actually understand the difference between debit and credit (hopefully).

What We Are Seeking: 

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

3–7 years of experience (Fintech, FMCG, or Retail = extra brownie points).

ERP and Excel wizardry (you dream in formulas).

A problem-solver who adores structure and secretly enjoys locating that one rupee that has gone missing.
