 Manage HR Operations: Execute daily HR tasks with precision and efficiency. 

Lead all aspects of onboarding and recruitment to attract top talent. 

Keep us in compliance with all labor laws and internal policies by ensuring compliance. 

Manage performance reviews, employee relations, and development programs to increase engagement. 

Support Strategy: Provide leadership with assistance in workforce planning and policy formulation. 

๐˜๐จ๐ฎ ๐€๐ซ๐ž:

 A graduate with a master's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field  

Possessing at least five years of relevant HR experience (preferably in the financial sector).  

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRMS.  

An effective communicator with high standards of honesty and confidentiality.  Acquainted with Pakistani labor law.
