𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐇𝐑𝐁𝐏

Location: 𝐋𝐚𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐞


We are looking for an Assistant Manager HRBP to support and manage HR operations across our retail network.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Act as the primary HR point of contact for all retail store employees across
assigned regions.
• Handle HR operations such as documentation, contracts, confirmations,
and exit formalities for retail employees.
• Support the end-to-end recruitment process for retail roles, including
job posting, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with retail managers to identify manpower needs and ensure
timely staffing.
• Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave management
for retail staff.
• Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary actions in line with
company policies.
• Conduct store visits to ensure policy compliance, employee engagement,
and effective HR communication.
• Support training and development initiatives for retail employees
• Ensure smooth coordination between the retail field team and the Head
Office HR functions.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in retail or multi-location
operations.
• Strong understanding of retail workforce dynamics and store-level HR
challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
