 Onsite Position | Experience: 2–3 Years | Bachelor’s Degree Required

 We’re looking for a female Branch Manager (Recovery & Litigation) to lead branch operations, manage loan recovery, and ensure compliance with SECP & NBFC regulations.

 What You’ll Do:

 Supervise the operations and team of the branch. Oversee loan disbursement and recovery

 Coordinate with legal teams for litigation cases

 Monitor targets, performance & customer satisfaction

 You Should Have:

 2–3 years of microfinance or financial services experience (BDO/CRO/BM roles preferred)

 excellent communication and leadership skills Good command of MS Office and digital tools
