What a typical day looks like
Ensure efficient sourcing, selection, onboarding, the development of talent pipelines, and leading employer branding initiatives are all at the forefront of talent strategy and full-cycle recruitment. manage performance; assist in goal-setting, mid-year evaluations, annual evaluations, and manager coaching.
Analyze data and create PMS dashboards to identify performance trends and development requirements. Analyze learning requirements, create learning initiatives with measurable return on investment, and carry them out. Lead the development of HR analytics dashboards to track workforce trends and talent metrics and design and carry out employee engagement activities. Utilizing emerging technologies to improve efficiency and data-driven decision making, drive AI integration in HR.
What you need to be successful in this position EASY APPLY
MHRM/BBA/MBA with four to five years of relevant work experience expertise in talent management frameworks, OD interventions, and HR analytics. Person who is proactive and has high emotional intelligence, integrity, and skills for managing stakeholders. Head Office is in Lahore.
