Head of HR Operations

 Location: Lahore 

 Qualifications: Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field Certification in Human Resources (CHRP, SHRM, CIPD) will be advantageous. 

Experience: 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership role.

 a solid grasp of HR operations, payroll, the HRIS, and compliance. 

Key Responsibilities:

 * Lead, manage, and develop the HR operations team to ensure seamless execution of HR services across the organization.

 * Oversee payroll management, HRIS administration, and employee data accuracy while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

 * Design, implement, and monitor HR policies, SOPs, and procedures for efficiency and compliance.

 * Manage compensation, benefits, and rewards programs to maintain internal equity and market competitiveness.

 * Partner with the Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and HR Business Partner teams to ensure operational alignment and smooth employee lifecycle management.

 * Lead HR automation and digital transformation initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance data-driven decision-making.

 * Oversee employee relations cases, ensuring fair and timely resolution of grievances and disciplinary matters.

 * Create and present HR analytics, dashboards, and metrics to help make strategic decisions. * Make sure that company policies, employment laws, and labor laws are followed. * Drive continuous improvement and best practices in HR service delivered

 * Certification in HR (CHRP, SHRM, CIPD) will be an advantage

 * Excellent understanding of local labor laws and HR regulatory frameworks.
