 Location: DHA Phase 8 (Night Shift) in Lahore 

Time: 5:00 p.m. to 02:30 a.m.  

Between PKR 80,000 and 130,000

 As a Recruiter – Talent Acquisition, you'll be part of a dynamic team that finds and hires top IT professionals for US-based clients. From sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, you'll be in charge of managing the entire recruitment process. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment with great exposure to the US staffing industry.

 What You’ll Do:

Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.

Conduct a screening, interview, and assessment of technical and behavioral fit. 

Collaborate with clients and hiring managers on hiring needs.

Manage offers, negotiations, and onboarding.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future roles.

Stay up to date on market trends and recruitment best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or Business Administration.

A minimum of four years' experience working in US IT recruitment. 

Strong knowledge of US tax terms, visa types, and work authorizations.

Expertise in major job boards and ATS systems.  Excellent skills in time management, negotiation, and communication.
