👩‍⚕️ 1️⃣ HR Coordinator (Healthcare)
 ✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in US healthcare recruitment (international recruitment preferred)
 ✅ Strong understanding of US healthcare roles, licensing processes (NCLEX, CGFNS), and immigration categories (H-1B, EB-3, etc.)
 ✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 ✅ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a deadline-driven environment
 ✅ Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and healthcare-specific job boards
 ✅ Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms
 ✅ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
 ✅ Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to candidate quality and compliance
