About the Position: 

At QMCC, we are looking for a highly qualified Recruitment Coordinator with a track record of full-cycle international recruitment. 

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of hands-on experience managing hiring processes from start to finish in a variety of countries, particularly the United States and Canada. Strong familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), including USD ATS or platforms comparable, and exceptional communication skills are required for this position. Principal Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

 In order to attract top talent from a variety of markets, come up with and put into action efficient international sourcing strategies. 

Work closely with hiring managers to learn about the requirements of the job and align your recruitment strategies accordingly. 

Manage candidate pipelines, update records, and ensure compliance with internal processes by utilizing ATS platforms, particularly USD ATS. Conduct thorough reference checks and assessments of candidates. Create a robust network of both passive and active candidates for upcoming and current requirements. Prepare and present regular analytics and reports on recruitment. 

At each stage of the recruitment process, ensure that candidates have a positive and professional experience. Skills and qualifications required: Experience in full-cycle recruitment for at least five years, preferably in international markets (US/Canada). a demonstrated capacity to manage multiple roles simultaneously in various regions and time zones. practical knowledge of ATS systems (preferably USD ATS). 

It is necessary to have excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English. strong familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools. ability to manage recruitment projects under pressure while working independently. A bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
