HR Operations Officer 

Location: Lahore

Imtiaz Super Stores

Imtiaz is looking for an Officer - HR Operations who is proactive and meticulous to help our HR team in Lahore at the branch level. 

Principal Responsibilities: 

- Ensure that the HRIS stores accurate employee data 

- Produce and evaluate HR reports 

- Manage procedures for time off, leave, and attendance 

- Coordinate payroll inputs each month 

- Make sure that company policies and labor laws are followed. 

- Facilitate the onboarding and initiation procedures 

- Take care of employee exit procedures Requirements:

 - Human Resources bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) 

- A minimum of two years' experience in generalist or HR operations roles
