HR Officer

Location: Guldberg 3 Lahore

The HR Officer will be in charge of all of these tasks. In addition to assisting the HR department with employee profiling, accurate record keeping, professional email correspondence, and attendance management,  The role ensures smooth HR operations and compliance with organizational policies.

 Key Responsibilities:

 1.  Profiling of employees: 

Collect, maintain, and update employee information in HR systems.

 Contribute to the creation of employee profiles for use within the company, audits, and reporting. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee data.

 2.  Attendance Management:

 Maintain and update employee attendance.

 Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

 Organize HR records for easy retrieval and secure storage.

 Assist with HR audits and prepare reports as required.

 3.  Email Writing & Communication:

 Draft and send professional HR-related communications to employees and stakeholders.

 Handle employee queries through email in a professional and timely manner.

 Assist in preparing HR circulars, memos, and announcements.

 Qualifications & Skills:

 a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a field closely related to it 1 years of relevant HR experience.

 Strong communication and professional email writing skills.

 proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and HRIS/HRMS Attention to detail with strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

 Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
