HR Operations Officer


Location: Johar Town, Lahore.


Key Responsibilities:

* Handle PESSI & EOBI registrations, updates, and compliance.
* Manage monthly payroll processing and ensure accuracy of salaries, deductions, and benefits.
* Maintain and update employee records and personal files.
* Assist in onboarding and exit formalities.
* Support HR operations including attendance management, leave records, and HR documentation.
* Coordinate with finance and other departments for payroll and benefits related queries.
* Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor laws.
Requirements:
* Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll, and statutory benefits.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Proficient in MS Excel / HR software.
* Attention to detail and a proactive approach.


Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year
Education: BBA / MBA (HRM)
