The entire job description For our remote team, we are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with Project Management skills. This position involves managing the full recruitment cycle while leading multiple projects and guiding teams toward hiring and performance goals.

 The ideal candidate will combine hands-on recruitment expertise with strong leadership and organizational skills, ensuring that all hiring objectives are met effectively and on time.  You will also organize and conduct daily interview events, arranging group meetings with 4–5 candidates at a time.

 Principal Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates

 Execute daily interview sessions with four to five candidates per group meeting. Take charge of and manage recruitment projects in various departments. Define job requirements and hiring strategies in conjunction with hiring managers. Members of the recruitment team must have at least three years of training experience. Manage teams and make certain that deadlines and key performance indicators are always met (minimum of five years of team management experience is required). Share insights and prepare recruitment reports for continuous improvement. Requirements:

 Training expertise of at least three years Experience leading teams for at least five years Proven track record in HR talent acquisition and recruitment excellent skills in organizing, negotiating, and communication Fluent in English with a reliable internet connection

 It is necessary to be present during CET hours. Contract & Payment Details:

 Type of contract: Upwork-based milestone-based Mode: Remote

 Trial Period: 3–5 days (unpaid)

 Hourly pay: $8 (negotiable) Payment: Biweekly
