Role Summary
Own end-to-end recruitment for a fast-paced design agency—build pipelines, run structured screens, coordinate interviews/assessments, and close offers across multiple roles (design, PM, BD, ops) while working flexibly across time zones.
Key Responsibilities (Recruitment Only)
Sourcing and Pipeline: Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, Jobee, and other job boards, as well as social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, X, and Reddit, and referrals to actively source candidates. Job Ads and Outreach: Create clear JDs, post them to relevant boards and groups, and send personalized messages to high-fit candidates through targeted outreach. Screening: Check resumes and portfolios for craft and role fit; use scorecards and knockout criteria to conduct structured first interviews lasting 15 to 25 minutes. Interview Coordination: Schedule panels across time zones (incl. US/EST), share portfolios and briefs, and ensure that feedback is collected promptly. Assessments: Administer and track design/writing/task tests; align rubrics with hiring managers; consolidate results for decisions.
Candidate Experience: Keep comms fast and clear—updates, expectations, timelines, and next steps; protect employer brand.
Offers and References: Manage pre-boarding handoff, conduct reference checks, write offer letters, negotiate start dates, and so on. ATS & Reporting: Keep ATS/tracker spotless (stage, notes, source, SLA dates); publish weekly funnel metrics (sourced ➝ screened ➝ interviews ➝ offers).
Talent Branding (Hiring-Specific): To attract top talent, share wins, case studies, and role spotlights on social and job groups.
Requirements
2–4+ years full-cycle recruiting (agency or creative/tech roles preferred).
Strong sourcing chops (Boolean, filters, groups) and excellent interview discipline (scorecards, structured questions).
Comfortable recruiting remotely across time zones
Solid ATS/Sheets hygiene; clear written and verbal English.
