About the Position:
We are looking for a remote HR Specialist who is proactive and focused on details. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in Human Resources,
excellent communication skills, and proven expertise in HR reporting, data analysis, and
Information systems for HR. You will play a critical role in maintaining employee data,
supporting HR operations and ensuring accurate reporting, with a primary focus on HR information portals and attendance management software. Key Responsibilities
Accurately and effectively update HRIS and attendance portals. Regularly generate, analyze, and present HR reports, such as attendance, employee records, and performance metrics. Provide management with insight that can be put into action by spotting patterns in HR data. Ensure compliance and accuracy in HR records and employee information.
Work with internal teams to support HR operations and answer questions from employees. Assist in process improvements for HR reporting and data management.
Maintain efficient communication and on-time reporting schedules. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with HR Majors.
strong abilities in HR data analysis and reporting. proficiency with attendance management portals and HRIS systems. Excellent proficiency in data visualization tools and Microsoft Excel. excellent interpersonal and communication skills. ability to work on one's own, meet deadlines, and adjust to working from home. Proactive, detail-oriented, and quick in analyzing and interpreting data.
Job Type: Full-time
Monthly pay ranges from Rs35,000.00 to Rs40,000.00. Remote work location
