Human Resources Manager/Senior Manager (IT Sector) 

City: Lahore  


Between PKR 250,000 and 320,000 

Principal Responsibilities: 

1: Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition, attracting, assessing, and onboarding top tech talent.

2: Drive the Performance Management System (PMS) to foster a culture of accountability and growth.

3: Handle employee complaints and make certain that fair and open methods of resolution are in place. 

4: Manage HR operations, such as the management of employee data, compliance, and policy implementation. 

5: Work with leadership to boost engagement, retention, and performance within the company. 

Requirements:

 1: MBA/BBA in HR / Business Administration.

 2: progressive HR experience spanning six to seven years (preferably in the IT or technology sector). 

Strong expertise in recruitment, employee engagement, and PMS 4 Excellent abilities in stakeholder management, leadership, and communication If you’re passionate about building efficient HR frameworks and creating a people-first culture, we’d love to connect!
