About Our Client:

 The Company is a platform for product marketing that partners with the largest and most beloved retailers in America. 

Description of Job: You will be our first point of contact for inbound leads, demonstrating our Platform, entering lead data into our CRM, and closing deals. This is a great time to join The Company and build a global career from home, as we recently introduced Target + to thousands of sellers. 

You'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, so a professional attitude and excellent communication skills are essential.  

You must have native English speaking skills and cultural familiarity with the US.  Mandarin is also advantageous.

 Principal Responsibilities: Conduct Platform demonstrations

 Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services

 Convert inquiries into qualified sales opportunities

 Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and follow up with leads. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

 Offer superior customer service and cultivate long-term relationships Work with the support and sales teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. Requirements:

 Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field

 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ability to comprehend customer requirements and effectively present solutions Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes; ideally Hubspot

 Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

 An advantage is a degree in business or a related field. Favorite Skills: A plus is previous experience in account management or inbound sales. Other Information: Work Mode: Remote - Full Time

 The city of Lahore Experience: Fresh to 2 Years

 Days: Monday to Friday

 Timing: 4pm-1am
