 You will be the driving force behind our recruitment strategy and people initiatives as Lead Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner. working together with leadership to find, keep, and empower top talent. 

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼:

 Take charge of all phases of hiring for both technical and non-technical positions. 

Work with department heads to coordinate HR strategies and hiring requirements.  

Drive efforts for employee engagement, culture development, and retention.  

Make certain that onboarding, performance management, and compliance go without a hitch.  

Promote an inclusive and diverse work environment. The location is Shahrah-e-Faisal in Karachi. 

Time of  Day: 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. (Night Shift) 

Weekdays: Monday through Friday 

Pick-up and drop-off: Available to Female Employees  

Experience: Two to Four Years (Software House or Technology Industry Preference)
