All of the usual HR tasks are performed by a remote HR Executive or Manager, including but not limited to: 

Selection & Recruitment: Online job posting screening resumes and interviewing candidates via video remote collaboration with hiring managers 

Getting Started with New Hires: electronically sending offer letters and onboarding documents organizing orientation sessions online 

Communication and relations with employees: addressing inquiries from employees via email or HR software 

Keeping engagement high by holding check-ins or virtual meetings 

Management of Performance: establishing KPIs and digitally monitoring progress 

Using HR tools to collect feedback and performance reviews

 Administration of Benefits and Payroll: Online systems for managing attendance, leave, and salary processing Continuing Education: coordinating e-learning or online training sessions
