Operations and People Manager

Location: Remote (Pakistan)

Purpose

 The purpose of this position is to establish, recruit, and oversee our core business divisions (Logistics, Marketing, and Design). The Operations & People Manager will relieve the founders of their responsibility for day-to-day management and ensure that the business expands in an effective, transparent, and accountable manner. 

Essential Responsibilities Hiring & Team Building:

 - Find the best people to hire for Design, Marketing, and Logistics. - Define role descriptions, KPIs, and reporting lines.

 - Train and onboard new hires for rapid impact. Operations Management:

 - Create clear department-by-department SOPs and workflows. - Set up reporting cycles (weekly, monthly, quarterly).

 - Ensure smooth coordination between Pakistan (production/logistics) and Canada

 (fulfillment).

 - Track and report KPIs for each department.

 - Find inefficiencies early on and fix them. - Keep all teams in line with the goals of the business. Delegation of the Founder: - Take charge of everyday operational tasks. - Allow founders to focus on growth, innovation, and partnerships.

 Future-proofing the Business: - Take the lead in setting up the US fulfillment structure and partnerships with third parties. - Continually improve workflows to facilitate rapid expansion. The ideal person - Five to seven years' experience in business management, HR, or operations (e-commerce, retail, or fashion) preferred).

 - Proven ability to organize and lead teams. - Strong grasp of cross-border logistics, people management, and performance systems.

 - Personality: excellent communicator, proactive, organized, and focused on leadership Job Type: Full-time

 Monthly pay ranges from Rs35,000.00 to Rs40,000.00.
