 Remote Recruitment Consultant For its UK-based client, Ortak Consultants is looking for a "Recruitment Consultant": Salary: Market competitive + Commission upon hitting target shifts

 Timings: Monday to Friday – 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM (UK time)

 Should be able to:

 - Source and place candidates on a weekly basis.

 - Fulfill shifts to meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals. - You must be able to write compelling job ads. - Utilize various marketing tools to source and engage both clients and candidates.

 - Assess candidate suitability for current or future vacancies through thorough questioning and referencing.

 - Evaluate client suitability and secure commitments to manage the recruitment process effectively.

 - Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional service.

 - Collaborate with colleagues to identify and exploit opportunities for revenue generation.

 Must have:

 - Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field.

 - Proven track record as a recruiter - Target-driven and self-motivated approach.

 - Strong business acumen: You must be able to sell, pitch, and close well. - Proficient skills in sourcing, networking, and communication. - The capacity to work on one's own and to make sound decisions. Type of Work: Full-Time Monthly salary: Rs 100,000 - Rs 150,000
