 We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Recruiter to join our team.  The ideal candidate will be essential in bringing in top talent and ensuring that the hiring process runs smoothly. This position requires a proactive approach to sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs.  Additionally, it will be the responsibility of the Recruiter to make use of various tools and methods to improve our recruitment efforts. Responsibilities

 To attract qualified candidates, develop and implement efficient recruiting strategies. To simplify the recruitment procedure and manage candidate applications, make use of applicant tracking systems (ATS). Assess candidates' qualifications, abilities, and cultural fit during interviews. Engage in cold calling to identify potential candidates and build a talent pipeline.

 Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for interviewing and selection.

 Participate in executive recruiting efforts for senior-level positions.

 Negotiate job offers and facilitate contract discussions with selected candidates.

 By identifying employees with high potential for leadership roles in the future, you can help initiatives related to succession planning.

Develop training for hiring teams on how to conduct effective interviews and recruitment processes. Maintain accurate records in systems such as PeopleSoft and Salesforce.

 proven work experience in a fast-paced environment as a recruiter or in a position similar to it. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including interviewing techniques and candidate assessment methods.
