Diners is looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive who is enthusiastic and driven to join our HR team! Key Responsibilities:

 - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across departments.

 - Identify hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.

 - Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for various roles.

 - Work together with department heads to ensure that hiring processes run smoothly. - Build a solid employer brand and maintain candidate pipelines. Requirements.

 - A bachelor's or master's degree in human resources or a field related to it. -1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

 - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Inquisitive, organized, and proactive
