The International Petrochemicals Group (IPC) is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager with at least 10 years of experience in talent management and recruitment. Requirements:

 A minimum of ten years' experience in recruitment and talent acquisition

Strong background in technical and corporate hiring

 Proven ability to develop hiring strategies and oversee recruitment cycles from beginning to end 

Excellent skills in stakeholder management and communication
