This is the position for you if you have good communication skills and are organized.
How you'll act! Work with the field hiring managers to provide proactive assistance to the recruiters for open positions. oversee the results of background checks and drug screenings. Examine, evaluate, and maintain resumes and applications Utilizing our applicant tracking system, create precise offer letters. Work with the right hiring managers to coordinate your recruitment needs. To solve staffing problems, analyze and respond to all recruitment issues promptly.
Keep an eye on the Human Resources budget's advertising and recruiting line items to make sure expenses stay within budget. Utilizing the reporting system, update the status of all open positions on a weekly basis. Excel can be used to manipulate data and create recruiting reports. As needed, applicants will be screened via video and phone. Assist with any additional HR tasks that are given to you.
Requirements: EASY APPLY
