✔ Hands-on experience in Employee Life Cycle Management
✔ Knowledge of Recruitment & Selection processes
✔ Understanding of Payroll, Compensation & Benefits
✔ Familiarity with Performance Management and HR Operations
✔ Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
