What You’ll Do:
✅Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
✅Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs.
✅Use multiple sourcing strategies: LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and social media.
✅Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
✅Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the process.

What We’re Looking For:
✅ 1–3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist / HR Recruiter
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Familiarity with ATS systems and hiring analytics
✅ Passion for employer branding and people engagement
