HRPSP is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager HR Operations to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, and confident in managing day-to-day HR activities.
⭐ *Key Responsibilities*
Manage daily HR operations and support HRPSP functions.
Maintain accurate employee data, files, and HR records.
Assist in onboarding, separations, and HR documentation.
Coordinate with payroll and attendance teams for seamless processing.
Identify and enhance HR processes for improved efficiency.
Provide employees with clear, timely HR-related support and guidance.
🎯 Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or Business Administration.
3–5 years of experience in HR operations.
Strong MS Excel and HRIS working knowledge.
Excellent communication, planning, and teamwork skills.
