Deputy Manager HR (Focus on OD & PMS)
Location: 15 KM Sheikhupura Road, LahoreSalary Range: PKR 200,000 – 260,000

We are looking for a dynamic Deputy Manager HR with a strong focus on Organizational Development (OD) and Performance Management Systems (PMS) to join our team.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement a comprehensive Performance Management System, including JDs, KPIs, behavioral frameworks, monitoring tools, and reporting mechanisms.
Support and train managers/employees in setting SMART goals aligned with organizational objectives.
Develop and manage Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) for underperforming employees.
Oversee succession planning, employee development, and career pathing initiatives.
Create departmental organizational structures and recommend improvements.
Develop and execute the annual learning calendar based on TNA insights.
Lead initiatives to embed the company’s Vision, Mission, and Values across all employee levels.
Integrate HR technologies for dashboards and management reporting.
Drive and monitor employee engagement activities across all segments.
Propose and implement competitive Rewards & Compensation strategies.
🔹 Requirements:
MBA HRM or equivalent.
5–7 years of experience, ideally in the textile/apparel sector.
Proven expertise in PMS, Learning & Development, and Engagement.
