Location: Raiwind Road, Lahore
Salary Range: PKR 300K – 350K

Qualification: BBA / MBA / MPA in Human Resource Management

We are looking for a seasoned and strategic Lead Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to spearhead our Corporate HR Affairs. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and executing HR strategies that support business objectives, enhance employee engagement, and ensure organizational compliance.

This position requires a strong HR generalist with deep expertise in policy implementation, talent management, employee relations, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks across all business units.
Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and development planning.
Manage workforce planning, budgeting, and recruitment activities for corporate functions.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary cases, and conflict resolution professionally and discreetly.
Ensure strict adherence to labor laws and industrial relations standards.
Drive employee engagement, culture-building, and retention initiatives.
Support organizational change management and HR transformation projects.
Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless employee lifecycle management.
