๐Ÿ”ธManage ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐—ฟ๐˜‚๐—ถ๐˜๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜ & ๐—ผ๐—ป๐—ฏ๐—ผ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด.
๐Ÿ”ธMaintain employee records and HR documentation.
๐Ÿ”ธManage end-to-end ๐—ฝ๐—ฎ๐˜†๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—น๐—น ๐—ฝ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—ฐ๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด accurately and timely.
๐Ÿ”ธHandle attendance, leaves, overtime, and salary through ๐—™๐—น๐—ผ๐˜„๐—›๐—–๐— .
๐Ÿ”ธAssist in employee engagement initiatives.
๐Ÿ”ธHandle employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
๐Ÿ”ธAdminister ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ฎ๐—น ๐—ฏ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ฒ๐—ณ๐—ถ๐˜๐˜€ & ๐—ถ๐—ป๐˜€๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฐ๐—ฒ, including claims and coordination with insurance providers.

๐—ช๐—ต๐—ฎ๐˜ ๐—ช๐—ฒ’๐—ฟ๐—ฒ ๐—Ÿ๐—ผ๐—ผ๐—ธ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—™๐—ผ๐—ฟ:
๐Ÿ”ธbachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
๐Ÿ”ธ2–3 years of experience in HR operations.
๐Ÿ”ธStrong command over ๐—ฃ๐—ฎ๐˜†๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—น๐—น ๐— ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฎ๐—ด๐—ฒ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜.
๐Ÿ”ธExperience in recruitment
๐Ÿ”ธHands-on experience with HRMS (๐—™๐—น๐—ผ๐˜„๐—›๐—–๐—  ๐—ถ๐˜€ ๐—ฎ ๐˜€๐˜๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—ฝ๐—น๐˜‚๐˜€)
