Location: Onsite in Lahore 


Responsibilities:

Responsible for conveying the vision, mission, goals, and key performance indicators to all employees for implementation. -Creating HR leadership, a recruitment strategy, assessment centers, performance management, learning and development, career and succession planning, HR audits, and headquarters budgets. -Responsible for all HR activities, such as hiring and selection, training, organizational growth, performance management, handling complaints and disciplinary actions, making changes, conducting investigations, counseling, conducting exit interviews, and other similar tasks. -Putting HR Planning, Recruitment and Selection, Performance Management and Reward System, Job Analysis and Design, OD and Learning, Compensation Management, and other systems and policies into action -Direct the administration of benefit programs.

 -Plan and coordinate complaints and mediate workplace disagreements. -Develop and manage annual budgets and perform periodic cost and productivity analysis.

 -Enhance the level of employee’s value addition through building a performance-oriented culture in line with business objectives and corporate governance principles and promoting openness and trust through transparent HR processes.

 -Align people's performance with business performance by implementing the performance management process (PMP) throughout the company. Requirements:

 -Knowledge of federal and local employment, wage and salary laws and regulations.

 -Knowledge of organizational development theories and practice.

 - Knowledge of HRIS and experience designing, developing, and implementing benefit and salary administration plans. -Experience in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures. 

 -Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.

 - Bachelors/ Masters in Business Administration in related field

 - 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related HR roles
