Type of employment: full-time About the Position: We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Recruitment & Talent Acquisition with enthusiasm and drive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be crucial in attracting top talent, overseeing the entire recruitment procedure, and developing robust talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring requirements. Key Responsibilities:
Direction and control of all recruitment procedures for various departments Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies
Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals
Conduct initial interviews, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interview schedules. Ensure that candidates have a positive hiring experience. Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports for HR leadership
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a field related to that proven expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment (preferably in a fast-paced setting) Strong interpersonal and communication skills
