✅ At least 2 years of global recruitment experience (US-based preferred)
 ✅ Experience in Light Industrial or Technical hiring is a plus
 ✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with candidates and hiring teams
 ✅ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
 ✅ Proficiency in LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms
 ✅ Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
 ✅ Capable of working autonomously and as part of a team
