Plan, organize, and manage internal & external training programs, including scheduling, logistics, communication, pre/post requirements, and maintaining training records
Facilitate and coordinate the Annual Performance Evaluation procedure Create and distribute quarterly engagement surveys to gather feedback from employees. Implement initiatives to increase employee engagement to promote a welcoming and inclusive culture. Qualification & Requirements:
Human Resources MBA or MPA
1–3 years of relevant experience in HR, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development
