HR Manager

Location: Islamabad 

Principal Responsibilities: 

Be in charge of all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. - Implement HR policies, procedures, and practices.

Direct trainings and performance management. - Make sure that organizational standards and labor laws are followed. -Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and service excellence.

Support department heads with manpower planning and employee engagement programs.

Requirements:

Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, either bachelor's or master's level. Minimum 5 years of HR experience (hospitality experience preferred).
