Our client in the Banking & Financial Services industry is seeking a dynamic HR Manager to lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions.


 Experience: Minimum 5 years (Banking/Financial sector preferred)

 Salary: Rs. 175,000 – 250,000 per month

 Principal Responsibilities: 

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

Control compliance, HR policies, and performance evaluations. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

 Promote a positive, professional, and compliant work culture.

 Requirements:

 Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.

 Strong understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and organizational development.
