Location: Lahore 

 We're looking for a HR Executive who is enthusiastic and meticulous to join our team! 

The ideal candidate must have real-world experience in HR operations for the retail industry, including knowledge of recruitment, employee engagement at the store level, and outlet staffing and attendance. 

๐Š๐ž๐ฒ ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ:

 Manage all aspects of retail staff recruitment, including Store Managers, Sales Associates, and Cashiers. 

Keep track of employee attendance, rosters of outlets, and records. 

Facilitate store-wide policy implementation, HR documentation, and onboarding. 

Plan the workforce in conjunction with Area Managers and Store Incharges. 

Help with payroll, leave management, and disciplinary management. 

Make plans for store teams' engagement and retention activities. 

๐‘๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:

 HR or Business Administration as a major 1 to 3 years of experience working in retail HR. 

Good comprehension of HR operations at the store level. 

Excellent skills in coordination and communication. proficiency in HR documentation and MS Excel.
