Type of Work: 

Full-Time Principal Responsibilities manage the formalities of offboarding, exit interviews, and clearances. Serve as the employee's first point of contact for workplace relations and concerns. Encourage the use of HR policy and performance evaluations. Make sure that local employment and labor laws are followed. Manage programs for employee benefits and coordinate the processing of payroll. Keep HR records and use HR data to gain analytical insights. 

Requirements

 2 to 4 years of experience working as a generalist in HR (including payroll, compliance, and employee relations). HR, Business Administration, or a related field as a bachelor's degree. solid comprehension of labor regulations and HR best practices. 

Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
