𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 5 years (2 years as Managerial Role)
𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Remote (Pakistan)
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Lead HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals.
• Manage payroll, benefits, and compliance with local labour laws.
• Oversee office administration, procurement, and facility management.
• Support organizational development and employee engagement initiatives.
• Act as a strategic partner to senior management on HR matters.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR and admin experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong, Malaysia & Singapore labour regulations is preferable, and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead process improvements and policy implementation.
