Fatima Memorial Hospital, Shadman, Lahore is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Assistant Manager HR to join Human Resources team.

Assistant Manager HR will support the HR Department in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring effective implementation of HR policies, and contributing to a positive and compliant workforce environment. The role requires strong HR expertise, particularly in the healthcare sector, with preference for candidates from tertiary care hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Lead and support end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

·       Maintain a talent pipeline for clinical and non-clinical positions.

·       Manage employee records, contracts, confirmations, transfers, and separations.

·       Ensure compliance with hospital HR policies.

·       Oversee attendance management, leave processing, and payroll coordination with Finance.

·       Address employee queries and facilitate smooth HR service delivery.

·       Assist in implementing the performance appraisal system.

·       Ensure all HR policies, SOPs, and processes are implemented effectively across FMH.

·       Support accreditation and audit requirements (e.g., PMDC, PHC, ISO).

·       Ensure compliance with healthcare regulatory guidelines.

·       Bachelor’s degree with specialization in Human Resource Management. Candidates with Master’s degree shall be preferred.

·       Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.

·       Experience in the healthcare industry is required;

·       Candidates with tertiary care hospital experience will be given preference.
