Location: Remote

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support daily HR operations and enhance workflow efficiency.

🛠 Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment (job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling)
Maintain & update HR databases and employee records
Support onboarding and orientation processes
Assist in payroll preparation & attendance tracking
Help organize employee engagement activities and training
Prepare HR documentation (offer letters, contracts, experience letters)
Provide daily administrative support to the HR team

🎓 Requirements
Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Strong communication & organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Attention to detail & confidentiality
Prior HR experience/internship is a plus
