Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Lahore for a Human Resources Executive. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, ensuring compliance with HR policies, cultivating positive employee relations, and overseeing various HR management tasks. Key responsibilities include recruitment, employee engagement initiatives, and ensuring adherence to organizational HR practices. The candidate will also contribute to fostering a positive work environment that supports the company's culture and goals.


Qualifications

>Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
>1+ years' experience in Human Resources
>Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
>Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
>Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
>Attention to detail and good judgement
