✨ Lead recruitment across multiple departments
✨ Oversee onboarding, HR operations, and employee documentation
✨ Ensure compliance with local labour laws
✨ Drive performance reviews and training initiatives
✨ Build a positive, engaging, and inclusive work environment
✨ Partner with senior management (PK & UK) on HR strategy

πŸ”Ή What We’re Looking For
✔ Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration
✔ 4–6 years of HR experience (incl. 2+ years in a managerial role)
✔ Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to manage a dynamic, multi-department environment
✔ Professional, proactive, and highly organized
