SmartEnds is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production & Quality Coordination Assistant to join our growing team!
Education: Bachelors degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
🤙Strong understanding of IoT Hardware manufacturing and battery - powered device assembly
➡️Experience Required:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in production, quality, or supply chain coordination (preferably with OEM/EMS vendors)
✅Key Responsibilities:
1)Plan, monitor, and follow up on daily production activities at OEM and EMS facilities (China and Vietnam).
2)Review and verify production reports, inspection results, and shipment readiness.
3)Manage and update the Bill of Materials (BOM) and ensure version alignment across design, production, and suppliers.
4)Maintain and control inventory of components, sub-assemblies, and finished goods — ensuring all stock data is updated, accurate, and traceable.
5)Coordinate with the warehouse to track receipts, usage, and shipments, and report discrepancies immediately.
6)Prepare and maintain documentation for production, inspection, and logistics, including process records and quality reports.
7)Coordinate internally with Hardware, Firmware, QA, Sales, and Supply Chain Teams.
8)Review and analyze manufacturing and quality processes at OEM/EMS sites, suggesting improvements where needed.
9)Prepare daily and weekly reports covering production, quality, and inventory status.
10)Support supplier performance evaluation and assist in implementing corrective actions.
