About the Role

We are looking for highly motivated and dynamic Recruiters to join our growing team! As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various roles. You will play a key part in building strong candidate pipelines, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth and professional hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and screen candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, LinkedIn, referrals).

  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to shortlist qualified candidates.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

  • Maintain recruitment databases and tracking systems.

  • Develop strong professional relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.

  • Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently (for remote roles) or collaboratively (for onsite roles).
