Position: HR Manager
 Experience Required: 7–10 Years (Retail Experience Must)
 Industry: Retail – Superstores, Hypermarkets, Cash & Carry (Al-Fateh, Carrefour, Imtiaz, Metro, Utility)
Qualification: MBA (HR) / BBA (HR) with strong HR operations exposure

Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations across our retail stores. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing large store teams, multi-shift operations, end-to-end HR processes, and retail discipline practices. This role requires hands-on management, people leadership, and strong coordination with store management.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage HR operations across all store locations.
Oversee full-cycle recruitment for store & warehouse teams.
Ensure accurate payroll, attendance management & shift planning.
Implement KPIs, HR dashboards & performance evaluation systems.
Strengthen HR policies, SOPs, employee discipline, and labor law compliance.
Conduct training on customer service, store behavior & retail standards.
Resolve employee grievances and handle investigations/disciplinary actions.
Drive employee engagement & retention initiatives.
Collaborate with Store Managers for workforce planning & manpower forecasting.
Prepare monthly HR MIS, turnover reports, overtime analysis & HR analytics.
Manage HRIS/ERP entries for leaves, exits, transfers & promotions.



Required Skills
Strong experience in retail HR (mandatory).
Excellent people management & conflict-handling skills.
Good command over payroll, attendance systems & shift management.
Knowledge of labor laws & compliance for retail sector.
Ability to handle fast-paced store environments.
Analytical skills for KPIs, reporting & dashboards.
