๐๐จ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: Gulberg Greens, Islamabad
๐๐ฑ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ข๐๐ง๐๐: 3 - 4 years
๐๐ข๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ฌ: 10 am to 7 pm (Mon-Fri)
๐๐๐๐ซ๐ฎ๐ข๐ญ๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ & ๐๐ง๐๐จ๐๐ซ๐๐ข๐ง๐ :
1) Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offer coordination.
2) Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation activities to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
๐๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐จ๐ฒ๐๐ ๐๐๐ฅ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ:
1) Handle employee relations issues and support conflict resolution efforts.
2) Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and HR-related communication.
๐๐๐ซ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ฆ๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ:
1) Support performance appraisal cycles and assist in gathering evaluations, feedback, and performance documentation.
๐๐จ๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ฒ & ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ง๐๐:
1) Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently implemented and compliant with labor laws and regulations.
2) Assist in updating and communicating changes in HR policies.
๐๐ ๐๐๐๐จ๐ซ๐๐ฌ:
1) Maintain accurate employee files, HR records, and HRIS data.
2) Generate HR reports and key metrics (e.g., turnover, recruitment timelines).
