๐๐ฎ๐š๐ฅ๐ข๐Ÿ๐ข๐œ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: BBA/MBA (HR)

๐‹๐จ๐œ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: Gulberg Greens, Islamabad

๐„๐ฑ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ž: 3 - 4 years

๐“๐ข๐ฆ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ฌ: 10 am to 7 pm (Mon-Fri)

๐‘๐ž๐œ๐ซ๐ฎ๐ข๐ญ๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ & ๐Ž๐ง๐›๐จ๐š๐ซ๐๐ข๐ง๐ :

1) Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offer coordination.

2) Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation activities to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.

๐„๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐จ๐ฒ๐ž๐ž ๐‘๐ž๐ฅ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ:

1) Handle employee relations issues and support conflict resolution efforts.

2) Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and HR-related communication.

๐๐ž๐ซ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ๐ฆ๐š๐ง๐œ๐ž ๐Œ๐š๐ง๐š๐ ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ:

1) Support performance appraisal cycles and assist in gathering evaluations, feedback, and performance documentation.

๐๐จ๐ฅ๐ข๐œ๐ฒ & ๐‚๐จ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ข๐š๐ง๐œ๐ž:

1) Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently implemented and compliant with labor laws and regulations.

2) Assist in updating and communicating changes in HR policies.

๐‡๐‘ ๐‘๐ž๐œ๐จ๐ซ๐๐ฌ:

1) Maintain accurate employee files, HR records, and HRIS data.

2) Generate HR reports and key metrics (e.g., turnover, recruitment timelines).
