We are looking for a proactive and motivated HR Executive – Recruitment to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment while supporting basic HR operations.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Talent sourcing through job portals and LinkedIn
Screening CVs and shortlisting candidates
Coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Managing onboarding and employee documentation
Maintaining accurate candidate and employee records
Supporting day-to-day HR activities as required
🎓 Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or a relevant field
Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience preferred
Strong communication and coordination skills
Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn hiring
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
📍 Location: Lahore Cantt
💰 Salary: Market Competitive
