We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their HR career who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to building a strong people-first culture.


🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, shortlisting, interview coordination)

Support employee onboarding and documentation

Maintain and update employee records and HR databases

Assist with attendance, leaves, and basic payroll coordination

Help implement HR policies and procedures

Support employee engagement and internal communication initiatives

Handle day-to-day HR queries from employees

🔹 Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

0–2 years of experience in HR or a fresh graduate with strong interest in HR

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of HR processes and labor laws (preferred)

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

🔹 Nice to Have:

Internship experience in HR

Familiarity with ATS or HR management systems

Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
